Refreshing Spring Smoothie

What You Need:

  • 1/2 c. cranberries, fresh of frozen
  • 1 Anjou pear, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 8 oz. yogurt, plain, fat-free
  • 1/3 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. hazelnut meal*
  • 1/2 tsp. orange zest

What To Do:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

* To make hazelnut meal, place approximently 1/4 c. toasted hazelnuts in food processor and pulse until finely ground.
