What You Need:
- 1/2 c. cranberries, fresh of frozen
- 1 Anjou pear, peeled, cored and chopped
- 8 oz. yogurt, plain, fat-free
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. hazelnut meal*
- 1/2 tsp. orange zest
What To Do:
- Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
* To make hazelnut meal, place approximently 1/4 c. toasted hazelnuts in food processor and pulse until finely ground.
